Bow
Thrusters can be fitted to most vessels and provide extra
manoeuvrability in tight situations or when the wind an tide are
affecting the bow of the boat. We have been
fitting bowthrusters for many years and can advise on the best models
to chosse.

are cut in the bow of the vessel.
A
grp tube is inserted and fibre glassed in place.
The
tube is faired externally with epoxy |

The
external areas are then carefully faired, sanded, primed and painted
before anti-fouling. |

Laminates
are also applied to the internal hull to strengthen areas around the tube. |

bowthruster and associated electrics are fitted internally and the
drive inserted in the tube and propeller fitted |
